Cancellation & Refund

  

  In order to minimize cost of the behind-the-wheel training and avoid any additional charges, please comply with the following conditions:

Student must be in possession of a learner’s permit during each lesson or lesson will be cancelled and $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

We charge $25 fee for any cancellation caused by a student without 24 hours notice or for no shows.

All driving lessons must be finished within 30 days. We might charge late completion fee.

Students who repeatedly cancel scheduled lessons might be dropped from the course or will be required to pay additional fee in order to complete outstanding  lessons.

Please note that we assume full responsibility for all payments collected by our instructors for up to 30 days from the payments date.

This refund policy applies to the driver's education* and the behind the wheel.

The refunds will be given for the unfinished part of the training, less $10 processing fee and deductions for cancellations and no-shows, when all of the following conditions are met:

Requests for the refunds must be made no later than 30 days from the date of your payment.

To cover our administrative and credit processing costs we charge $10 refund processing fee.

*All payments for our services, including behind the wheel enrollment and driver ed payments, expire after 12 months. They are nontransferable. Students will be removed from the online course after 12 months from the payment/enrollment date.
